The Carlsbad Village Faire Dentists clinic uses the latest technologies for all its smile-restoring and oral health treatment procedures. The dental office’s highly-qualified staff offers the services of braces, crowns, dental hygiene, root canal therapy, teeth fillings, gum disease treatment, wisdom teeth extraction, teeth whitening, veneers, and emergency dental care.
The dental team includes Dr. Amanda Mercer who received her dental degree from Loma Linda University’s School of Dentistry and has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
Dr. Edward Davis has a dental degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, University of Southern California, and is a winner of the Clifton O. Dummet, Dental Foundation of California, and Nikola Malik Ethics Awards.
Dr. Joseph Danesh, a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, completed his dental degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, finished her residency in Philadelphia’s Temple University Hospital. He is a winner of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain award.

What a great experience!!! I hate going to the dentist and haven't been in a while. The gal at the front desk was super friendly and gave me a reminder call for my appt. All the new client paperwork was electronic on a tablet which made it super easy to get started. The place is bright and clean! The equipment is all new and state of the art. My first time cleaning was done by the doctor and she was so friendly and positive! She even fixed my chipped tooth! What a great deal and great experience. Ill definitely be going back and I'll definitely refer my friends to go there!

I despise going to the dentist but my visit here was great! Front and back staff were super friendly and polite. I am not going to lie and say "it was fun" but it really was the best dental experience I have ever had.

I am changing Dentists after 24 years. That is a big deal. Amanda Mercer is thorough and caring. The first appointment lasts longer then an hour- so be prepared. I needed a crown redone and my quotes from my long term provider were dismal. I sought other opinions and I am thrilled that I landed here. I had the crown replaced for less money and using the latest technology- the solid ceramic crown was 3D image produced in the office for a same day prep and installation. What????? it is comfortable and I want all my crowns replaced now. I wish I could afford that...I have had my records transferred and this is my next 24 year dentist.

Usually I loathe going to the dentist but my experience with this office has completely changed that!! The office is extremely clean with state of the art equipment and all of the staff are friendly and personable. Dr. Mercer was very gentle and helped me remain relaxed and comfortable. I could tell that all of the staff and Dr.Mercer were very knowledgable and truly cared about the well being of their patients. Even though I live an hour away I will be making this my regular dental office because the experience was that good!

My husband HATES going to the dentist but needed a crown to repair a majorly chipped front tooth. He was very happy with Dr. Mercer and this beautiful new office. Attentive staff greeted us in the front office and the doctors were very quick to meet us in the room. This team was able administer the numbing shots without any pain and do "same day" permanent crowns. We would definitely recommend this dentist office to all our family and friends.

Ive had a lot of work done over the years and Dr Amanda and her staff ( especially her assistant Brittany) are amazing! Super friendly, clean rooms and great bed side manner. The cool part , Dr. Amanda meets you in an office first to address your concerns and get to know you one on one. The office has the latest technology, its super clean and they really work with you on cost. I highly recommend this establishment!!!!

Absolutely loved this place! I have not been to the dentist is a few years!!! Since I work next door and I said hey, why not! Wow what a work of art they do!! I felt so relaxed and in such great hands! From checking in, my x rays and all the cleaning! The Dr is amazing and so welcoming and HAPPY! I love the positive vibes flowing all over the office. Karina is a great front office receptionist/ insurance/ cashier!! The dentist hygienist was incredible!!! She talked me through everything before we went forward and it was great! So so so so great! So much attention to detail! They made me feel so comfortable, and didn't judge me because of my horrible teeth. I was able to be straight up and up front with them. It was awesome. I went in to get my cavities filled and Dr Amanda & Brittany got me in and out in no time! They dos amazing amazing work! The front desk was so kind they gave me tooth brush packs to give to my coworkers since we are next door!

I had a chance to try this great dentist office at a pre-opening and even though they were still finishing a few cosmetic touches to their pristine office, my experience made it seem like they were longtime pros at dentistry and customer service. The office is state-of-the-art! I just moved to the area and I assure you my hometown dentist had nothing close to the up-to-date equipment and techniques offered by Carlsbad Village Faire Dentist. I'm usually very nervous when I go to the dentist and the staff here were all very sensitive to that and made me feel very comfortable. There was no pain even though I had some very deep cleaning and planing done. Everything was very clearly explained to me. The hygienist was incredible and the dentist was so personable and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this office if you're a "nervous Nellie" like me!

In from out of town on vacation. Called on Monday morning at 9:30 and they saw me at 11 AM. Excellent work by Dr. Amanda Mercer DDS. This is a "no paper" office - everything on line and electronic. Most interesting was EVERYONE was pleasant, happy and smiling! Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing experience with Dr.Davis and his team. I went in with excruciating pain and left with a smile. Dr.Davis and his team explained every part of my procedure thoroughly, were always making sure I was comfortable and gave me every option available. Everyone hates the dentist right? That's what I thought until I visited Carlsbad Village Faire Dentists in Carlsbad. After skipping my yearly cleanings for far too many years I decided to get my act (and mouth) together. I was filled with anxiety and dread about my office visit. However, when I got to the dentist office I was greeted warmly by Athena and Dalia. They got my information and went as far as asking how I was. After admitting I was nervous they chatted with me until Dr. Davis came to get me to start the appointment. Dr. Davis went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After my consultation with Dr. Davis, Lauren swooped me up to give me my x-days. I was admittedly nervous about what they might find and she made me feel completely at ease. After finding out I needed fillings and a deep cleaning, Dr. Davis thoroughly explained the procedures and again, made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. Everything went great with the procedures and my new cavity free mouth is absolutely beautiful and stress free! I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this location! They were kind, understanding, and did a great job technically on the procedures. I can happily say that I am looking forward to my 6 month cleaning! Thanks to the team at Carlsbad Village Faire Dentists!

Dr. Mercer is amazing!!! I hadn't seen a dentist for about 7 years and knew something wasn't right with my molars, I went in nervous not knowing what to expect. I told the RDA I was nervous and she helped calm my nerves and assure me everything would be fine. My biggest fear was to learn that I had a cavity, considering I try my hardest to take the utmost care of my teeth and haven't had a cavity for all of my 23 years of life. After x rays and check up, it was discovered that I had my first cavity and i was heart broken! Dr. Mercer was very comforting, supportive, and compassionate and assured me that we would fix it promptly and that everything would be just fine. She even complimented my other teeth and at home care and made sure I wasn't too hard on myself about my cavity. While checking on my insurance, the dental hygienist and RDA (friendly and wonderful as well) gave me a deep cleaning which was complimentary by the doctor. On my next visit to get my inlay later that week, the staff all remembered me by named and made me feel right at home. Complimentary television while on the chair, extremely clean, and the entire office seems very happy with their jobs! Once having met her, you know that Dr. Mercer is in the profession she was meant to do and is very passionate about dental health! I felt genuinely cared for while under her care, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist! The entire inlay procedure took about 45minutes-1 hour. Inlays are made in office (about 5 minutes to make) and one put in place, you can't even tell I have a cavity! Once the procedure was completed she handed me a mirror and I was extremely satisfied with the results. I joked "the inlay is whiter than the rest of my teeth" and Dr. Mercer gave me a free whitening tray. I had a wonderful experience here and now I am no longer nervous to go to the dentist. I finally found a wonderful dentist and dental office... I had a tooth abscess which involved 3 teeth and had a major infection. I first saw Dr. Edward Davis and he recommended that I have the three teeth extracted. So before doing that, he prescribed penicillin and it helped tremendously with the infection. I then had my teeth extracted by one of their oral surgeons, Dr. Phan Lee.... Everything went well... Both doctors were so kind and friendly and made me feel that I was an important patient to them. The office is extremely clean and the staff is awesome. So now that I have a great new dentist, Dr. Davis, I can now proceed with the dental work that I need done over time....... Highly recommend this Dental office..

AWESOME best dental office ever....go here the whole experience was incredible. The skills of everyone in the office is top notch state of the art. Every procedure was done extremely professional with complete understanding of the patient's thoughts and feelings as well as the equipment in this office is like you have never seen before all state of the art. Also they have a new instant crown procedure and equipment to solve your problem immediately. I went home with no pain anywhere and could not believe that they solved a pain problem that I have had for two years and now......GONE. Dr. Amanda Mercer, DDS is so friendly you feel like you are part of the incredible team they have amongst themselves and I mean team as I think 4 or 5 girls worked on me separately with separate skills.....amazing....I would give this office ten stars if yelp had them....go here for the experience of your life and you will be hooked to never leave this office for your life time of dental care. I have no idea how all these young ladies got their mature skills but they sure all have them and I trust them for any dental work for now on....and now my teeth are white and sparkling just from the best Hygienist ever in my life....and I'm old.

Dr. Mercer and all team members at Carlsbad Village Faire provide extraordinary care. They go out of their way to make sure everything is transparent and comfortable- yes comfortable at the Dentist office! I've had some major procedures completed here and they took amazing care of me!

Dr. Amanda Mercer is a very caring and professional dentist. We came for a consultation after another endodontist told my husband to have his molar pulled since he could not sit still. My husband had cancer treatments that have left him with constant jerking/twitching movements. She met with us and suggested that we first remove the crown to see if the tooth could be saved by a root canal. She said that if it could be saved, she would be able to sedate Bill to complete the root canal. She removed the existing cap, determined that the tooth could be saved and prepared a replacement crown which was made right in the office on a 3 d printer! Bill returned the next day for the root canal which was performed under sedation. The crown was put in place and he was done within 2 hours! I read the other reviews about the tardiness, etc. I can't address that but I have spent hundreds of hours in doctors offices because of my husband's cancer treatments - sometimes, someone who needs more care quickly backs everyone up. I am grateful for the quick relief that they gave him and apologize if that was us!.

I'd highly recommend this office to anyone with a history of unfavorable dental visits. Even those with dental phobias. From start to finish I felt relaxed and in good hands. Novocaine is not my favorite aspect; however even that, though not painless, was not difficult to get through. Dr. Amanda Mercer empathized with my pain level and gave me just what I needed to ease the experience of having three crowns (all in the same afternoon). Amazing, and what seemed to me to be, state-of-the art equipment. Thanks everyone for a good experience. I'll be back.
