It was my first time here. The staff was so amazing I walked in the door they were just so up offered me a drink showed me around the office. Then the doctor came in and told me what needed to be done. I've always not like going to the dentist due to the pain that I am cool well I'm there but at least it was worth it to know that I would not have to go through this pain again. Dr. Tina song came and explained everything to me was very friendly I felt really comfortable and feel that I finally found a dentist that is caring and goes over and Beyond to explain everything

This place is so amazing, I created a Yelp account just for this review! All staff are so approachable and happy to answer or help with anything! The office is impeccably clean and beautiful on the inside. They offer nearly everything on site, and that alone saves me so much time and hassle. I work and go to school during the week, so the weekend hours are also a lifesaver for me! My first visit was with Dr. Luu, and he was very friendly, along with the rest of the staff. I loved how straight forward he is with diagnosis, so you know exactly what will happen and have all the information to make your own decisions. BEST PART: My second visit, the day after, was with Dr. Saw. She was very quick and comforting during my inlay experience. I am terrified of needles; even at age 21, I act like a 4 year old. She,along with her staff, were so patient and comforting. They offered me headphones, a pillow stuffed animal to hold onto, the volume on the TV to be increased at my request, and answered my many questions. This procedure went extremely well, with no tears or pain at all!! So far, I am very impressed with Elevated Smiles and have already referred them to family & friends.

I've always dreaded going to the dentist as a kid so I was skeptical coming in, but so glad I decided with Elevated Smiles for my dental work. I needed a cleaning and exam same day and called around many dental offices near by but all were booked for another week-month. Thankfully, Jodi at the front desk was able to have me seen with Dr. Luu within an hour. Elevated Smiles has such a cute ocean/terrarium theme. Everything is very organized and clean. The staff was super friendly, gave me a tour of their super sterile work space and introduced me to their brand new modern and efficient equipment. The staff also informed me their x-ray machine exposes significantly lower radiation than older machines which is a plus for me. There are also flatscreen TVs to enjoy while getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Luu was very informative, friendly, and answered all questions I had. He helped me feel comfortable at a place I never thought I would be. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Great work

Went here for my first cleaning in over 6 years. Had to get a deep cleaning that included full numb of my mouth. They were very helpful and great at allowing me to feel comfortable during my experience. I was very worried about how it would feel but they were helpful in explaining what was going on with my teeth and gums and the best way to get my mouth healthy. I definitely will not be missing dentist appointments ever again! I am recommending this dentist to all of my friends and family. They make you feel so welcome.

Dr. Saw and all of her staff are very genuine and make you feel relaxed. I get nervous at the dentist because of past bad experiences but they talked me through everything and even got old tea stains of my teeth without any pain. I usually get lots of nerve pain with cleanings. Her dental assistant is sweet and also gives great tips on products to use at home. The front office is also great and answers all your questions. Oh check in on Yelp for a cute keepsake! Other dentist in the area since we moved here last year at Las Posas Dental and Richard Gill told me that I need expensive deep cleaning to remove stains and that my gums are All 5 and higher. I brush and floss so my gums shouldn't have changed like that between cleanings. Dr Saw didn't know any of this and gave me an honest exam! If you want a very, very, honest dentist then go here you and your family will be happy you did!!

My son (4) and I had our first visit with Dr. Saw and Elevated Smiles, and I cannot say enough positive things. First, I am incredibly picky with my dentists. I grew up having my mom as my dentist for 26 years. She also was our sons dentist. I had a negative experience with another dentist, so was apprehensive trying a new place. Dr. Saw was AWESOME! She was kind, informative, and presented a treatment plan with options. She put me at ease, and Bryce had a good time too. She is great with kids. Jodi and Cynthia are also so kind from start to finish! We will be back!

I have to tell you if your looking for a New Dentist or just want a change of pace, look no further. I went back to Elevated Smiles for my routine check up. Here's the scoop, as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist before I could say I had an appointment Amber came around the counter and asked if I would like a beverage. Then we talked a minute, the assistant came to escort me to my room. Once in the room I was offered a pillow, beverage, and or a blanket. Then the assistant put my favorite show on as she remembered from my last visit. The office always has the best music playing. The doctor came in and as always Dr. Saw was great, she has a soft touch and my cleaning was a good one. I was so happy to see the entire staff once again. The greatest part of the visit was I felt like family. I even forgot I was having my cleaning. As always never a wait time. Greeted as I walked in and seated right away. The office looks wonderful. Have a look for your self. The office was spotless, warm inviting and alway a happy place to visit. I have never wanted to visit my dentist so much. Thanks a million for my smile!

I came in with two chipped front teeth after some edm concert shenanigans the night before and was really worried about the future of my smile. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the friendly front desk lady (please excuse me I forgot your name) and then promptly brought into the x ray chair after filling out some paperwork and insurance stuff. After X-rays I was taken to the dentist chair and was given an examination a received my options. Dr Luu was very friendly and professional the entire time. I then chose what I wanted to do and he was able to fix my teeth to the point where I couldn't even notice they were ever damaged! Now I'm walking around with confidence again and my teeth feel great! I'll be back again for my regular cleanings.

I highly recommend Elevated Smiles. Dr Luu was able to see me when normally Sundays require an appointment. I had an infected wisdom tooth and he was able to treat it that day. I first found Elevated Smiles in a moment of panic after chipping one of my front teeth (actually my toddler threw my phone at my mouth, but I digress). My husband discovered that Elevated Smiles was open (on a Sunday no less), and specialized in cosmetic dentistry (in addition to general dentistry & ortho). They squeezed me in despite it being last minute, and repaired my tooth within hours. This was made possible because they have a 3D scanner and 3D printer that make permanent crowns while you wait. I first met the receptionist, Jody, who greeted me with empathy and warmth. I thought for sure my chipped tooth would get a laugh or two, but no judgment was ever passed. The staff at Elevated Smiles has continued to treat me with respect and kindness over the course of the year despite moments when I feel discouraged about various dental issues I'm having. I think it's easy to feel insecure about your teeth, but Dr. Luu & Dr. Saw (as well as the rest of the staff) are embracing, wonderful professionals who want to make you feel better about your teeth. Dr. Luu immediately blew me away with his skillset and manner. He tends to treat each case with the least invasive approach possible, which spares money and aggravation. I've yet to have a procedure done by him that I thought wasn't executed with the highest degree of expertise.

I had a bad tooth ache for 2 sleepless nights. On SUNDAY morning i couldn't handle it anymore! Not many people are open on Sunday. I called around and most places were booked. I called Elevated Smiles and they were also booked. They called back after 15 minutes and said please come down, we'll make some space for you. Dr. Luu worked through his lunch break to do a painless root canal. He explained everything and was very attentive to my pain levels. I drove 40 miles to see him. My next appointment might be in 4 months where i'll have to drive 100 miles...and yes, I will be making that trip because finding a dentist like this is a rarity!!!! I'll have to plan a day and just visit encinitas while I'm there.

This was a phenomenal experience all around. I was a new patient who walked in on a Sunday with no appointment and in extreme pain due to several cracked teeth. I was seen only a few hours later and my problem was solved and I was pain free once again. My entire family are now patients here due to the superb service I received. Dr. Saw and the dental staff at Elevated Smiles for a new dental practice are very professional and know their business. They are caring, helpful and go that extra step. The office is very very nice and comfortable. Amber the office manager really explains the services and goes out of her way to help you. Highly recommended if you are thinking about a new dentist. So glad my husband and I went to visit Dr. Saw and her team at Elevated Smiles. Everyone is friendly and professional. We had to change our appointment a couple times and they were very accommodating. The office itself is CLEAN and modern. Our visit started with a tour showing us some of the technology the utilize to provide the highest level of care. From X-Rays to cleaning everything was explained to us and our comfort was ensured. I had treatment over a month ago and left doing a review to make sure my mouth/teeth felt healthier in general. If I can help it, I will never go to another dentist other than this one again. One of my greatest fears, I've always had as a kid, has been going to the dentist. The thought of going to the dentist would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. After having an awful experience a long time ago, I had been dreading and putting it off for years. That is until I found this place. This place, I can genuinely say has made me feel SO MUCH more comfortable with the thought of having to go to the dentist. I was able to get all the treatment I needed in ONE DAY and felt better after having extensive treatment after only 2 days. PERFECT in time for my wisdom teeth removal I had 3 days after the dental work. The area is incredibly clean with a very modern look and feel to it. There are TV's to help calm you and every member of staff I met was so friendly. Dr Saw, Jodi, Cynthia.... These are the women YOU WANT to be taking care of your mouth. My gums were bleeding for MONTHS, and the FIRST DAY after I come home after the treatment, was the first time I had been able to brush/pick at my teeth with no problems and haven't had any since. Thank you SO MUCH for changing the way I feel about my mouth in general. You guys are SO AWESOME!
