Let's start from the good news. This is a good facility overall. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. They will come up a treatment plan based on your condition and your insurance situation. I am very appreciate on this. Doctors are professional and always explains the details very well. However the reason I am not giving 5 starts is that the treatment never starts on time even if you already have an appointment, I always have to wait for 20 minutes(note: I have never been late). I understand that sometimes the doctor may spend more time on a certain patient and have to postpone the next one. But if I have to wait for that long every time, it means there is something wrong with the appointment management.

I wish there was a sixth star I could highlight!! I just had my first visit for a cleaning and to fix a chipped tooth. It was great! I don't have dental insurance but their prices were completely reasonable. I also get major anxiety about going to the dentist but the staff there made me feel at ease. Dr. Andrew couldn't have been kinder- he knew I was nervous and did a wonderful job of meeting my needs and making me feel comfortable. I went here because of others' reviews and am so glad I did! I had a wonderful experience. Thank you One Dental!!

This place is great. I cracked my back tooth a week and a half before going out of the country for months (of course) and they came to the rescue. I got an appt for the next day along with a detailed scale of non insurance rates. The wonderful dentist, whose name I can't remember, sorry, made sure I knew what my options were. Once I decided, he made sure to fix my tooth right then, even with my work time constraint. $250 for visit, x-ray, anesthesia and 3 surface filling. Beautiful, clean and state of the art office too. Thanks to the whole staff!

Hands down the best dentist/orthodontist in LA! I got my wisdom teeth extracted here + I'm currently on their invisalign plan. Wisdom teeth extraction was painless. Of course the pain comes when the meds wear off, but the process was seamless + I was awake for the whole duration. I felt extremely nervous as I've had one of my wisdom tooth extracted elsewhere and had a really horrid, traumatizing experience. But one of the ones I extracted here was the more invasive ones where it is embedded in my gums and wow, I'm really impressed with the care and precision behind their technique. Invisalign - I wanted to opt for a more invisible option for braces for professional reasons. Very standard procedure of getting the molds. I'm about to hit tray #11 and so far so good. I visit bi-weekly to get 2 new sets of trays. I love the staff, truly. Everyone is so kind, comforting, + accommodating. They give you parking validation for the underground parking lot. Lots of restaurants in the plaza. The interior is very clean. This is definitely my go-to place for all my dental needs, always.

Best dentist experience!! I had to get all four wisdom teeth extracted here and people were completely amazed that my face didn't swell up that much. Yes, it could vary from person but the pain didn't last that long. Also, I'm getting my braces done here and the staff are super friendly and my dentist is very helpful in explaining every little question I ask since I was freaked out about coming to the dentist. They also work with you on payments which is nice since braces are not cheap and going to the dentist overall is very costly. I recommended this place to several people who all ended up going and all thanked me for recommending such a good and professional place. I highly, highly recommend this place!

Best dentist ever!!! I have trauma from dentists since I have weird teeth so I went through a lot of surgery. Scaling is usually very painful for my teeth so I haven't gotten them cleaned in 2 years. The lady who cleaned my teeth was extremely careful and considerate of my sensitive teeth. The cleaning barely hurt! I can't imagine going to other dentists anymore. Highly recommend!

Amazing front desk staff, assistant and doctors! I came here for teeth cleaning and my teeth are now sparkly and as clean as ever. I also got a wisdom teeth removed w/o any pain or swelling! The process took about 10min total too! It was also 3x-4x cheaper than the previous dentist I had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone! P.S: They validate parking for up to 4 hours I believe.

Recently moved to Koreatown and needed to find a dentist for a routinely checkup. Found One Dental Specialties through Yelp and I was not disappointed. Receptionist was very professional and polite over the phone and we scheduled an appointment for 8/27/16. They had called a few days in advance of my actual appointment date to remind me and confirm, which I thought was generous. I walked in and had my X-Ray and regular cleaning done in less than an hour. The front desk, assistant, and doctors were all experienced and extremely polite. The thing I liked the most was that they were all fluent in both Korean and English. I'm usually hesitant to go to Korean places because some places only speak Korean. I've already made my next appointment and will recommend this place to anyone if they ever want to get their teeth done and treated with extra care! If its your first time make sure you make an appointment in advance! They are extremely busy! GOOD busy :)

I read great reviews on Yelp and decided to go for a checkup and cleaning. This is by far, the best dental visit I have ever had and the most thorough teeth cleaning! I usually hate going to the dentist. Everyone is super friendly and informative. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks!

My first visit to One Dental was amazing! I had one wisdom tooth extracted and my husband had all four extracted. Mine was a simple procedure, but Dr.Koo got it out really quickly! I've had one pulled by another dentist before and it took longer than it should have.. My husband had 4 extracted - 2 normal ones, one lying horizontally, and one crooked. Dr.Koo tried his best to keep it a simple procedure by avoiding cutting the gum. (If you cut the gum your face will swell!) He was very successful in keeping it simple and also pulling them in a very timely manner. We had a great experience. The extraction was a lot cheaper than what my dentist had quoted.. I am considering making One Dental my primary dental office! (The only thing that's making me hesitate is the drive out to LA..) However, I'll definitely be back when I decide to extract my remaining two wisdom teeth.

Dr. Kim is a brilliant dentist and One Dental Specialities is a very well run dental clinic. A shout out to Jennifer for having made the process very smooth. Especially, I was under a time crunch as my wedding was coming up in a few weeks and they were extremely accommodating. I went in with quite a complicated issue which other dentists around LA struggled for over 6 months; Dr. Kim took care of it in two sittings. The first to gauge the problem and the second to resolve it - waala!

I've been here twice so far, one is for a general check up and then a second time for the dental cleansing. It's hard to judge the service of course if you're not a dentist yourself, but so far so good. Very friendly staff, and they explain to exactly what they're doing in your mouth, which I appreciate greatly.

I don't mind going to the dentist, but often hate actually dentists. I have had a couple bad ones where they try to upsell you on crap or did shoddy work or were just WEIRD. This is a great office-- everyone is friendly and professional. Was my first visit and we swapped my cleaning (which he said wasn't urgent) for redoing a filling that was giving me some trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have serious dentist-phobia, and grew up not really going to the dentist very often. Then, I moved to Wisconsin where I had great dental insurance and started opening up to going to the dentist. I moved back to LA a couple years ago and just recently had an infected tooth break. I didn't know where to go, so was living with a hole in my tooth for a couple months. I went to a couple other dentists to just do temporary fillings (as emergency), but just didnt trust them to do a root canal on me. Then I finally came to this dental office after being referred by a friend, and felt so at ease! They had me get a root canal at another location by an oral surgeon and got my crown done here. I then came back for a cleaning (which I rarely do). All my experiences here were so great! Everyone is so nice and skillful. Yes, I can FEEL that they are skillful. I no longer have dental phobia and am happy to be taking care of my oral health now... I'll be back to remove my wisdom teeth. eeeek!

I have really bad teeth. And I've had a lot of work on my teeth. I really hate the dentist, with a passion. I've gone to a lot of crappy places where the dentist just wanted to gouge me. One dental isn't that. This is seriously the first place where going to the dentist wasn't a nightmare. They helped me fix my dental implant even after I lost all information and the actual tooth from my previous implant. They also are really helpful with insurance. The implant process was great and not as much as I thought it'd be. I'd definitely recommend.

People have all kinds of fears, I have a fear of the dentist. I didn't have a very good experience in my first 15 years of life so going to the dentist is like "pulling teeth" (haha). At the recommendation of my sister (because she knows everything) she told me to come here. I was afraid at first but Dr Kang made me feel very comfortable and made sure if I felt any pain to let him know or if I needed a break during my procedures. Very happy I took a chance! Jennifer is also really nice and informative!

I havent gone to dentist in like 15 years and after finally getting insurance decided it was time. The fear of going to a dentist was real. Debated if i should cancel my appointment 5 times before my scheduled date but Dr. Kang seriously took great care of me! All i imagined it would be was pain, but everything was painless and Dr. Kang explains everything so you know whats going on! If you are looking for a dentist goto one dental because the staff is great, wait times are short, and everything is done as painless as possible! 3 cavities, one root canal, 4 wisdom teeth later ( lot of work huh ) it feels like nothings wrong anymore thanks!!

This dental office is by far the cleanest one I've ever been to. Everyone is very friendly, including the front desk person/receptionist. My dentist referred me to Dr. Koo (periodontist). He ensures that you understand what is going on. I recently got multiple bone grafts done for my teeth implants. Dr. Koo explained everything to me prior to the surgery, which (sort of) calmed my nerves. Don't forget to get your parking validated! It's good for 4 hours so if you're up to it, go browse the stores around there.

After going through the hands of 4 either terrible or absurdly expensive dentists in the course of a year, I finally found this place. The entire staff is amazing, they really care for their patients, from Jennifer (the front desk person) to all the dentists and their assistants. Been getting treated for a year, and as someone who's been traumatized by dental procedures, I absolutely recommend this place.

This is for Deep cleaning only. Parking: This place is in Madang plaza/CGV movie theater. Park in the same structure and get a validation before you leave. Service: First of all, this place wasn't my first choice. I went to a different place in Beverly Hills - didn't like it - yelped this place - in the process of getting things done. I was looking for a periodontist (Dr. Koo) because of my gum condition and I haven't been to a dentist in a while so I was pretty nervous. The periodontist here did a great job and I feel much cleaner now. Will be getting it done periodically. I've seen 2 different receptionists work here and they are both courteous and kind. I hate taking xrays the oldie way but they have a new xray machine so it makes things easier for me. There's also a monitor in front of your chair so you can see your xray before the treatment. My only thing is that they are pretty busy especially on Saturdays. Since I work full time, I can't make it on weekdays if they don't open extended hours on weekdays. Whenever I try to make an appointment, it's usually like 3 weeks to over a month wait. I mean the receptionists try to accommodate but every single time I try to make an appointment, I get a bit annoyed. Not sure what can be done about it but there needs to be some kind of solution. Overall, I would recommend this place to yelpers!
