I'm a new patient, and now a big fan. Just had an exam, cleaning (from the excellent and thorough Sharon), and composite filling in the last two days. No waiting -- in fact, Dr. Dillon was actually AHEAD of schedule! (I'll tell you the last time that happened to me in a doctor's or dentist's office: never.) The whole office is friendly and well-run -- Herbert, at the front desk, is a gem. Getting the filling was fast and painless. They even have free parking in the back! What's not to like?

You will love this place! My first phone call here was to Herbert and he was awesome. Gave me what I wanted. The office looks newly remodeled. I like dental offices that are clean and neat. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the doctor explained what he was doing with each step, why it was necessary, and helped point out some areas I might have cavities in the future if I decided to return. Booked my appointment for 1 hour after I called, saw me immediately with no problems!

I went to Dr. Dillon's practice one day and asked him if I could do clinical observation for some time for education purposes. Throughout my time there, I found Dr. Dillon to be a very nice man and a great dentist. Every patient that I met told me that I'm lucky by getting a very good exposure to the dental field because of how good of a dentist he is. His years of experience really show by how good of a job he does in giving his patients the dental care they need. Best dentist I've ever had. I've never had a dentist technically explain what's going on, nor, explain in a patient and clear manor. Dr. Dillon seems to truly want the best for me, he recommended preemptive treatments that at first I was skeptical of, and now 2 years later the evidence is clear that he was right, and it could have saved me some money. He has a true passion for dentistry, and it shows, the guy is just really good. But it's not just the doc, the hygienists and staff are genuinely, good, smart people too. I always have a great experience, which is not something I ever thought I would say about a dental visit.

Today was my first dental visit at Dr. Dillon's. I had a cleaning done with one of the hygienist, Lydia, and she was very thorough and knowledgeable about what can happen with my gums and teeth if I don't take care of them by brushing and flossing properly. She was also very gentle and left my teeth feeling as good as new! Dr. Dillon is a great dentist, I can tell he was being very real with me because he genuinely cares about my teeth, unlike other dentist that aren't very keen to explain why I need procedures done. I felt a great sense of trust! I can tell I'm going to love my new dentist. The front staff is also very nice, all very young and smart! I will recommend him to everyone now.

Dr. Dillon is a very talented and professional dentist, with a great 'bedside manner' that will put you completely at ease. I had a bit of trepidation beforehand having some dental work done, but it turned out to be a very easy experience, and not a big deal at all, and with no pain whatsoever! I had a cracked tooth which had to be repaired. I feared the worst. No need, Dr Dillon was able to repair my toothwith no discomfort. I needed a crown which was made using this computer generated image. I will be going back for all of my routine services. Very convenient office with a top notch staff.

Today, Dr Dillon created a mold to create a new night guard to replace my old worn out night guard that was made by another dentist almost 15 years ago. The experience I had with the creation of my first night guard not a good one and caused me great discomfort. However, Dr. Dillon completed the process quickly and efficiently and with minimum discomfort. He also explained the process each step of the way. What a difference... The end product was fitted a couple of weeks ago. It is superior to my old one and fits like a glove.

Now, I want to add these comments to the stars: Over the past 70 years, I've had a great deal of dental work done, so I consider myself an "experienced" consumer. i began seeing Dr. Dillon about 18 months ago when I moved here from Boston. I can honestly say that Dr. Dillon is (and continues to be) the best dentist I've ever had, He is skilled in preventative dentistry, dealing with current and complicated dental issues, providing solutions to missing teeth and creating a great smile through cosmetic dentistry - Believe me, I've had them all!, Best of all, he is personable, listens to his patients, refers appropriately AND has a great sense of humor.

Dr. Dillon took me in today on an emergency basis without hesitation. He was very kind and professional. I had a tricky problem and he fully explained it to me very well so that i understood and could make my own well-informed opinion. He also referred me to another doctor, a specialist in difficult endontics, Dr. Richard Rauth, who was also excellent! He arranged for me to go there right away so i drove over there and they squeezed me in to their schedule and Dr. Rauth explained to me what my choices were. Then he sent me right back to Dr. Dillon, who then stayed late to put my crown back on. Even thought it was after hours, he waited for me to get there, then did the work patiently without rushing me at all. He was fantastic!

I actually like going to see my dentist. Claire cleans my teeth as no one else has ever been able to do. Quickly and comfortably. Dr. Dillon's office runs on time and is well organized so there is no waiting around. That's important during a work day for me. Everyone is polite and cheerful. I have found him to be more easily affordable than other dentists and that is a plus too. Great first time patient deal too, so I've told my friends.

I've been visiting Patrick Dillon's office for over 15 years; that's over 30 cleanings and visits for restoration. I've recommended him numerous times to colleagues, friends and family. The office has convenient parking, a welcoming waiting room and very clean and comfortable treatment rooms. The staff in the office are very friendly and professional having negotiated insurance changes several times over the years with no burden on my end. The hygienists and dental assistants have all been very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Dillon, who's unfortunately had to do quite a bit of work on my teeth over the years has always had my best welfare in mind considering the balance between costs, benefits and long term viability of his solutions. Finally, I also appreciate that Dr. Dillon keeps abreast of the latest methods and tools of the trade and participates in ongoing education of the new generation of dentists in the region.

My experience with Dr. Dillon is always excellent. I would never trust anyone else with my teeth. I went in yesterday for a teeth cleaning and Lydia the hygienist was very thorough, thoughtful and explicit on what she is doing and what needs improvement in my dental care at home. Dr. Dillon comes to exam my teeth after the cleaning to give me his expertise on what concerns there may be with my teeth. I love the fact that there is so much care about dental health. Plus staff is always courteous. I veered from Dr. Dillon's office many years ago to dental office closer to me big mistake.
