- Meeting Dr. Pierce just by itself is a great experience. He has a strong presence and you can tell right away that he is someone you can trust by his body language, tone of voice, choice of words and calm demeanor.

- This was my first visit but it felt like meeting an old friend that you haven't seen for a long time.

- He started the conversation by sitting next to me while we were looking at my xray and explained to me the current situation. He used very little technical jargon and gave me several options to choose from, I've already done my research myself and he knew that, so some information i have missed he supplemented that with what he knew and even detailed the advantage and disadvantage of each one of them.

- He understood what my concerns were, He actually listens and was able to understand what my issues are even if I couldn't articulate them, I've already been to two dentists before this. Both just gave me a list of operations, a few exchange of greetings, circled what I have to pay and left.

- He also also opted to do the "least" amount of procedures needed to be done, only doing what was really essential to address those issues that needs immediate attention. Here's to compare what I need to pay with other dentist after insurance coverage:
1st dentist: Dr.X ($4000+)
2nd dentist: Dr.X ($1700+)
3rd dentist: Dr. Pierce ($300+)

- Yes, they may have some differences in opinion but one cannot help but think that it can also mean differences in values especially during these times.

- I understand that professionals also need to make money to cover their expenses but doing unnecessary procedures also harms the integrity of the patients health and financial health.

- Ginnie and Maria (front desk) also reflects these good values as well and are very accommodative. Overall it was a great experience, the 20min drive was well worth it.

- I've met a lot of people in my life as a teacher before . I can easily say that Dr. Pierce is one out of a thousand. They're literally a dying breed. After meeting him, my partner and I took a short walk outside the business complex and reflected upon it to redefine our criteria of what a "good person" is and how we can become one.

- I honestly think the world needs more people like him.

I tried the place out with a basic cleaning and loved everything from the professional staff to the high tech equipment and best dentist in Tustin, Dr. Sean Pierce!

I've done everything from fillings, teeth whitening, zirconia crowns, and even a dental implant! A Yomi ROBOT was used to accurately place the implant, always under the dentist's control along with his dental assistant and Yomi operator. Hopefully I won't need to come back for another implant, but if I do, Pierce Aesthetics is my forever dental office.

I'm an invisalign and dental implant patient at Pierce Aesthetics. They are AMAZING!

I've been a patient of Dr Pierce for over five years. I followed him from his old office to this new one. I honestly cannot be more satisfied with the service that have been provided.

My orthodontist, Dr Dang also is at Pierce Aesthetics (also from previous office). I started Invisalign in July 2020 - it was delayed by covid. Its been only three months and I can see already see a big change. This is my first orthodontic adventure. I never needed it before until my teeth shifted so that they were no longer aligned with my implant on my front bottom tooth. Since you can't move the implant, and I got it 14 years ago, the Invisalign will move my teeth back to when I was 14 years younger...and I will literally have PERFECT teeth!

I'm really excited to go through this process with the dental team that I feel is really excellent. I am scared of Dentists. I am only a tiny bit nervous with Dr Pierce and his staff. That's saying A LOT because before the Pierce Aesthetics, the Dentist had to prescribe me a valium to take for my appointment. This is no longer the case!!

This is an excellent office that is modern and new with all the latest technology.

Best Dentist ever !! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new clinic. I have been a patient here since they opened. Although I live about an hour away I wouldn�t want to go anywhere else. I have full confidence with the services they provide. I have had braces , extractions , teeth whitening and chip tooth repair. This review is long overdue. I had been having terrible jaw pain that was continuing to get worse by the week. It caused painful headaches, neck and shoulder issues, and made daily life not as enjoyable as it could be. I started researching TMJ, and then treatments for it. I saw that Botox was an option to help stop the jaw from clenching. I knew that I wanted an oral surgeon to do this procedure because of the complexity of the area. I called Pierce Aesthetics to see if they offered this service and how to go about making an appointment. Ginnie helped me get an appointment and was so kind and helpful. For my appointment, I was greeted by the friendly staff and Dr. Pierce. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and very kind during the appointment. He went above and beyond examining my jaw and making sure that he was creating the best treatment plan for me. It was decided that Botox would indeed significantly help reduce the TMJ pain, but also added a night guard to prevent clenching at night when I had most of my issues. I had a mold taken that day as well. A couple weeks later I returned for my night guard and minor adjustments were made so that it was the perfect fit for me. It has been about a month or so now and I'm so happy I went to this office, because my jaw pain is completely gone! I know I will continue to come to this office for any Ortho/dental needs I may have in the future. Again, everyone in the office and Dr. Pierce are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

Unrelated to my Yomi robotic dental implant surgery..

As soon as I entered my information into their iPad I was seated immediately (no wait). I HAD very bad headaches, terrible teeth grinding, and my jaw was always sore. I wasn't aware of what TMJ was, but thanks to Google & Reddit I figured that's what I had, so I came into Pierce Aesthetics and Dr. Pierce verified that I do have TMJ, or TMD as it's also known.

I had several Botox injections on the sides of my head and my jaw. That only took maybe 5 minutes or less. Overall I was there for less than 20 mins!!

I have been back several times, every 6 months, and I feel a million times better. Every time I go I feel like I'm getting better and better.

Extremely appreciative and satisfied. I feel like Dr. Sean Pierce saved my life.

I have been seeing Dr. Pierce for a while so I decided to try out his new office, Pierce Aesthetics in Tustin. Although he wasn't in for my initial visit I was lucky enough to meet their associate dentist Dr. Alex Nguyen. He was very thorough and patient. He explained to me the treatment I needed in a very easy to understand way and before I left I had a new (temporary) crown and several fillings. My teeth no longer hurt, thank goodness, and I can eat normally again. Since then I have come back in to get my teeth cleaned by Dana and to receive my final crown, which came out PERFECTLY. Very professional service and everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They offered me water, tea, and espresso. GREAT SERVICE.

Dr. Pierce is exceptionally knowledgeable and a joy to be around. Best dentist by far for dental implants. They have a dental implant robot that assists Dr. Pierce, which I've never seen before . I would recommend this office to anyone. Technology out of this world.

I felt helpless. I felt I was going to lose all my teeth, one by one because nobody would help me. Pierce Aesthetics� dental staff were willing and able to remove my impacted wisdom teeth as well as conduct regular checkups. I feel very comfortable being a patient here and they are great at what they do. I am so thankful they were able to help me. I appreciate everyone at Pierce Aesthetics. Diamond in the rough! Nicest dental office I've seen in Orange County, let alone Tustin. Such nice sweet ladies and gentlemen! Dr. Alex Nguyen was very professional and kind. Based on his and Ginnie's treatment planning, compared to other dental offices I've been to, it appears that their options are not only HONEST, but they provided me with several routes I could take.. they left it up to ME to decide which way I wanted to go - of course they instructed me on the best route to take, but provided options to match my budget. After seeing Dr. Nguyen I spoke with Dr. Natalie Dang about getting some braces to straighten my teeth out. So far I have had my braces in for 2 months and I am already smiling more from having straighter teeth! Best decision I have ever made.

I have been through several accidents/incidents which left me needing dental work, so I have had much experience at the dental office. All of the staff, all of them, were amazing. I was seated in the dental chair in less than 5 minutes and was out earlier than expected - I made it back to work early enough that my appointment was completed during my lunch break! I have so much to say and I know most people won't read all of it. To keep it simple, just go to Pierce Aesthetics and call it a day.

My veneers are perfect. Dr. Pierce is a great doctor and Pierce Aesthetics is a brand new facility. Very clean. Beautiful.

My view of the robotic assisted dental implant placement system named Yomi. I found it quite impressive, it's a robot after all. The good thing about it, not that Dr. Pierce has shaky hands, but even if he did it wouldn't negatively effect the procedure as the robot prevents the operator from going too far beyond the set parameters. This means it doesn't allow the doctor to drill too deep or off angle. It provides vastly increased accuracy which translates to higher dental implant success rates.

Wow. This place is awesome. The facilities are beautiful and modern.

As for Dr. Pierce, he educated me on the reasons for his provided treatment options and why some methods are better than others. He explained to me that Pierce Aesthetics ONLY uses top quality materials and implants (Nobel Biocare). I realized after I left that I was trying to bargain shop for my own health, my own body. Why would I do that to myself? So, I came back in for my implants and everything has been going much more smoothly than I expected. I am currently about half way done with my treatment (implants are in but my final crowns are not in yet as we are waiting for the bone graft to "integrate" with my natural bone) and I am healing quite quickly.

Let's talk about pain. Of course surgery is not painless. I knew that going into it. During the surgery I was put under IV sedation so I don't remember a darn thing haha. Post-op I was prescribed pain medication, antibiotics, and ibuprofen - I used about half of the pain meds and was instructed to take ALL of the antibiotics. All-in-all, again, my recovery time was quite fast so I wasn't in much discomfort for very long. I would say I was in manageable pain for about 2-3 days. It wasn't unbearable, it was a lot less than expected. I am amazed. I feel lucky. I'm sure it's because Dr. Pierce is a great dentist and all, or maybe I was just expecting the worst, but it all went so smoothly that I'm stunned.

I just got dental insurance, which I was super excited about because I've been wanting a good cleaning, braces, and whitening!

I came across Pierce Aesthetic's and was really impressed with how interesting and modern the office looked on their pictures so I decided to try them out. Turns out they accept my insurance, which is Delta PPO, so that worked out great (fyi, most PPO plans are accepted too).

When I arrived to my appointment my first impression was, WOW!! It's really not your ordinary dental office. The espresso machine/coffee bar was a nice touch and super yummy. I got to indulge a little bit while I filled out my forms on the iPad. The receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. When I was called in by the assistant, Joe, he made sure I was comfortable and showed me how to turn on the dental chair seat warmer and massage while I got my xrays taken!! Yes, heat + massage... in a dental office ?! Im always cold, so I absolutely loved how this office has heated chairs.

Dr. Pierce then came in to introduce himself and did the exam, which did not feel rushed at all. He was thorough and easily explained what we could do next. Not once was he rushed out the door to see his next patient nor difficult to understand. My cleaning with the hygienist was quite pleasant and well needed (thank you Norma!)

I really appreciate how friendly and genuine everyone was at this office. I will be returning to continue my treatment and definitely looking forward to having a consultation for braces with their orthodontist.
