It was my first visit and i'll definitely be coming back for my next cleaning and fillings! I liked how they had an option to watch a TV show during the cleaning which made it go by much faster. Dr. Mina and Dr. David were very thorough at explaining everything they were doing for the cleaning and even recommended a oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth!

It is my first time came here, my friend recommend to me, it is very nice and clean place. I have a lot tartar build up around my mouth, and Mina helped me cleaned very well. She is very nice. I though will be painful, but it all qucik. It's a good experience.

I've never been a big fan of going to the dentist but I always enjoy coming here. Everyone that works here are always smiling and happy to see you. I once needed two cavities filled so they put a movie on for me which made the experience much more fun (if you can call having a cavity filled fun). Overall they are consistently on-time, friendly and professional. I recommend coming here!

I had a friend that referred me to SF Dental Artistry and I was definitely not disappointed. I received a cleaning from Mina and absolutely loved her. She was very friendly, professional, relaxed, and easy going. The establishment itself is very clean and inviting. They have coffee/tea in the lobby, advanced equipment, and TV shows/movies to watch during your procedure. I'll definitely be back!

I was referred to this dentist by a coworker and I honestly can say they made this an enjoyable experience. Scheduling an appointment was easy and there were plenty of options within weeks. Francisco the receptionist was friendly and offered to call if there were earlier cancellations. The office itself is modern and very welcoming. You sign in on an iPad and are offered coffee, tea or water. Then, you get the choice of a range of movies or tv shows to watch during your cleaning! Mina was a delightful hygienist and very gentle and informative. She answered all my questions with a thoughtful response and taught me about gum health. The dentist was also friendly, pointing out anything he saw on a screen which displayed color photos they had taken of my teeth with a small camera. It was helpful to see what they saw and they were happy to answer any questions. Disclaimer: the office gives free sonicare toothbrushes or whitenings out you write a review, but they encouraged honest feedback

This office is very professional, clean, comfortable, and has all of the state of the art goodies. They offer you something to drink as soon as you walk in, and ask if there is a movie or show you may want to watch during your visit. Mina, the hygienist, is the best hygienist I've ever had. She's personable and gentle. My appointments always start on time too. They give you a free electric toothbrush if you write a yelp review

There is no reason to be afraid of the dentist. Come to SFDA and you will receive high quality service from start to finish. The customer service at the desk is impeccable, and Mina the dental hygenist is INCREDIBLE! They made me feel very welcomed and were helpful and accommodating. Definitely check them out if you need a dentist in the city!

My dentist in San Francisco recommended me to this office for my wisdom teeth consultation. I was able to book an appointment immediately and really appreciate the quick turnaround. The staff here is really friendly and really went out of their way to ensure I was well taken care of. Dr. Shah was really informative during my first visit. She knew I was nervous about my wisdom teeth surgery and really took the time to explain the procedure to me. She really put me at ease since I was having some border-line anxiety and even followed up with a few phone calls after to ensure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service! If you're looking for a place to get your wisdom teeth removed in SF, I would highly recommend coming to Dr. Shah's Office! The staff here is amazing, clean facilities, and super close to the Montgomery Bart Station!

Great place.... super friendly staff and doctors. The place is clean and hygenic. I had appointments with doctor David and doctor Meena, both of them were great and provided all the necessary information from time to time. Extremely professional & pleasant dental practice - from the initial phone scheduling & front desk service to the actual cleaning & examination, I could not have asked for a more positive experience. What makes SF Dental Artistry stand out among the myriad competing dental practices is the level of care & customization the entire staff takes to ensure impeccable service. I've read all the positive Yelp reviews and needed to schedule a cleaning ASAP. When I first called in, I was told that the first availability would be at least a bit of a wait; however, Kim had the courtesy to put me on a waitlist (without me even asking) and called me back shortly afterwards to get me in this week. This is in sharp contrast to most other practices that ask the patient to call in repeatedly to check, instead of calling them when a spot opens up. Thank you, SF Dental Artistry, for saving me time & headache!! Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered the option to catch up on the latest episodes of some of my favorite tv programs during the teeth cleaning. Overall, I had such an enjoyable experience that I was sad when it was over. I'd go back in a heartbeat and wish that all providers follow the same standards for exemplary customer experience.

Dental Artistry is an excellent dentist. I only have good things to say. I have used a few dentists in the area and have the best experience here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Because they offer a wide variety of services, it means not having to change office for more major work which helps. When you enter they have a list of TV shows that they can put on for you while you have the work done. Headphones blazing the time just flys by! They are honest about work that needs to be done without the "up-selling" of additional services I get from other practices. I highly recommend Dental Artistry.

Definitely a great experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces and was offered a cup of coffee along with a list of movies and tv shows that I could watch during my appointment. The cleaning was great and I was well informed about each step of the process. Dr. David was a pleasure to meet and was able to answer my questions and plan a quick appointment for my follow-up appointment. Definitely will come back for my 6 month cleaning.

I've been a patient here for over 3 years before they changed dentists/hygienists and loved my experience. Fast forward to April 2017 and I realized that I haven't been back in awhile! I booked an appointment because thank goodness my new insurance covers this spot again! I made the trek from mid market to here and am so happy I did! Dr Shah was warm and professional and I appreciated her insights. Mina was also great as a hygienist and made me feel at ease. I came in just wanting a regular cleaning but ended up getting the works (darn it that I don't floss ugh) and now I have two more appointments with them in the next few weeks. Highly recommended! The hygenist was very nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was attentive, professional, and explained to me in layman terms the cavity issue that I had. Highly recommend! I just went here for my first time patient cleaning/check up. I'll be honest, I haven't been to the dentist in four years. It's hard being an adult, man. You have to make your own appointments, your metabolism slows down, and people expect you to be emotionally reasonable. So after an hour of searching through 40 different Yelp profiles of people within my Metlife healthcare network, I found San Francisco Dental Artistry. Based on other Yelp reviews I decided to give them a try. I am really happy I did.The receptionist I talked to when I called was really nice and they were able to fit me in the next morning which is crazy since I was contemplating another dentist who didn't have another opening till September. The office is nice located right downtown in a second floor suite. Mina was my dental hygienist for the cleaning. She walked me through her entire process from checking my gum health to cleaning off some pesky tar build up. I feel like she took her time, but also stayed well within the time frame of our appointment. She also just seemed like a normal chill human being. At the start of the cleaning she gave me a list of movies and TV shows I could watch. They had Mrs. Doubtfire and season one of Lost. SOLID picks. Everyone knows once season two of Lost happens it's like, "COMEEE on how many times we gotta watch them push that stupid button?". After the cleaning, Dr.Burke came in and checked out my teeth. He seem chill as well. I have my next cleaning in four months scheduled. Adultin', completed.

Plot Twist: Yesterday, I went in for my second cleaning from SF Dental Artistry. I went in having had a struggling morning, and I left to go on and have a great day. I was having a great day because I went to the dentist. Who says that? I can tell you that's a first in my LIFE. Favorite things: Mina is the wonderful hygienist here and she such a down to earth person (Thanks, Mina!). The staff is friendly and funny. The doctors are honest/transparent and put real effort into getting you the best care for your dental needs. They have an in-house insurance plan that covers two cleanings a year and a big discount for any other procedures you may need. They are a dental office that can also provide wisdom teeth removal (I can't wait to get them out, finally!). I really appreciate that it's a one-stop shop considering it takes work and trust on your own part to puzzle together a team to take care of different needs. Most important: It's taken me a long time to find a place I could comfortably get my dental needs met, and not for not trying. This is a place that I do not stress out at. And I really, really care that I truly learn all of my options here before I make decisions.

Had my top 2 wisdom teeth removed and was pretty terrified. Tried to cancel the appt and the Doctor calmed me down and talked me through it. The procedure literally took 5 min and there was no pain- awesome experience here!!

Amazing no pressure doctors. They really care about your mouth health and give you all your options. My doctor David was very patient with me even tho I was taking selfies while getting a filling. Mina is my hygienist and she was amazing and though me how to correctly take care of my teeth.

When I firstly arrived, the staff at the front desk were very kind and offered to give me water. I came in for the general cleaning that is recommended to have twice a year, but I needed to extract my wisdom teeth. Despite coming in for cleaning, the dentist offered to complete the process on the same day right after the completion of my cleaning, and that was a delightful and quick procedure. Overall, it was great, and I'd highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a new dentist!
